DELIVERY NOW!!!!!!! This patient should not under any circumstances leave your OB ICU undelivered. I would start MGSO4, cervical ripening agent du jour, betamkethasone (to work while induction is proceeding) and continue IV apresoline by bolus whenever her BP reached 110 TORR diastolic. If her previous section were a classic, I would repeat it while she was on MGSO4 and apresoline.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
