The dosage is just prophylactic (that's the theory) so for instance: Enoxoparin (Lovenox*) 20 to 40 mg p.day Nadroparin (Fraxiparin*) 0,2 to 0,6 ml p.day

No lab. study except anti Xa and platelets count if the treatment is to be long.
