I thought there was never any recurrence in those things who led to hysterectomy !

Placenta accreta: further than the endometrium Placenta increta: right in the myometrium Placenta percreta: til the peritoneum

Very queer if it was a real percreta. For the accreta the recurence is very rare because the hysterectomy is very frequent. But same causes, same effects…
