--Is this patient postmenopausal? Can see this thickness in proliferative phase of normal premenopausal patient. Would need to evaluate in light of clinical context. But if in doubt, would biopsy prior to surgery. (I am supposing that you mean TVH or TAH, not TRH.) Michael J. Wolpmann, M.D.

If i prefer to control by another sonohysterograpy and not biopsy, what is the god interval time for the next sono exam? Thanks.
