Roughly two weeks ago someone referred to new guidelines for the diagnosis of hypertension in preeclamptics published in "the most recent ACOG technical bulletin". I wonder if someone could e-mail me with the specific reference (Title of article, issue number, date, etc.) I am currently rotating through a small hospital in rural PA which has a library, but not the ACOG technical bulletins. The librarian says that she can get me the article if I have an accurate citation. I referenced this list when telling my attending that I heard that there were new guidelines in the technical bulletin. Now he wants me to find them. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
