It depends on the type of X-rays but the dosimetry is always impossible to do exactly. What about the radiologist who didn't ask for the last menses ? (but I'm not a wolf howling with the wolves) I would say that the risk is not much higher (or is similar) than for an other pregnancy, knowing the risk is never 0. If the mother to be wants a pregnancy termination it's her choice. A really good US must be done at 3 - 4 months to detect malformations.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
