My bad. I thought you were questioning the decision to deliver her. With respect to the MgSO4, I grew up like Dan did, using Mg on everyone (see his post on this). However, I think that her diagnosis lies somewhere between normal and mild preeclampsia, and I would tend *not* to use Mg in this woman who has been sitting at home for 2 weeks, and now is being induced because she is reasonably favorable at 40 weeks, with nothing else changed. However, I would not fault someone (Dan) if they did Mag her.
