Also do a lot of breeches vaginally. Also VERY GLAD I can spend less time thinking about lawyers as the puntative dammage aspect here is different than in the states. It does sound as though you are (in some small part at least) letting the legal profession influence your decision making. This may be necessary but it sure doesn't sit right in my gut.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
