This is just what we do. I would add that a post and follow up consultation in the office is mandatory...just to create closure on the subject. Also you need to deal with mortuaries who in our area, will take care of the baby for free and parents often appreciate the acknowledgment of their grief.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
