With CC therapy I rx estrogen (often 35 mcg estradiol) and 50mg >progesterone BID (literature that I don't have handy suggests Bid dosing >achieves a steadier state), and with cyclic, just use a total of 200mg >progesterone the first 12 days of the month. >Kelly Shanahan with clomiphene citrate therapy you use estradiol and progesterone as listed above? for mucus thickening by cc for the estradiol? for the 15% lpd rate by cc for the progesterone? and is it 50mg of mp or mpa? data/articles that reflect improved pregnancy rates with this estrogen/progesterone dosing in infertility rxd with cc? thanks Mark -- mark decker md major surgery is done on me obgyn - avid biker minor surgery I do one someone else. midwest usa I need to remember that. <perspective>.
