I only do paps as a routine on those women who had a hysterectomy (vaginal or abdominal) for cervical pathology. In the others I will do 1 pap a year or 2 after surgery. If it is normal I do not repeat.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
