I stopped doing paps in those patients (no abnormal hx) about 1 year ago, after reviewing our paps done as a routine in patients with hysterecomy and not one showed any VAIN. >I don't found any background >for asking for "antibodies" as a routine in a rH positive pregnant women >with no obstetrics history of IUD and I don't do it.
