Ashley Hill, M.D. well I reviewed the few studies that were out before pepi and they basically reflected the 200mg dose used the 12-14 days q month was safe. the numbers were small but I used it and still do. before pepi I would biopsy and dub to make sure all was well. no problem pearls from speroff <lecture course he gave in chicago in november... the mp on the market now is not standardized so day to day dose not certain so he does not use it. but in 1997 fda has approved a good quality controlled mp for use in the usa and it will be consistent. speroff says he uses micronor 1 tablet daily as an equivelent dose to 2.5 mg qd of mpa for the more than small amount of patients that don't like provera's side effects. he finds few people that also do not tolerate the micronor. i found that interesting. Mark -- mark decker md major surgery is done on me obgyn - avid biker minor surgery I do one someone else. midwest usa I need to remember that. <perspective>.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
