Jay M. Kulkin, M.D., FACOG's new series on the GYN list? Yes.. Cook book medical practices are often not a good idea, but the compilation of ideas from many Ob/Gyns could help us to include (and not omit) indicated procedures and tests, and yet not include unnecessary ones. As Myer.S.Bornstein and Douglas Krell MD say, it would be our intellectual property, not procedure dictated to us. Also it's relatively informal status might avoid it's becoming a standard of care as for example the Technical Bulletins from ACOG have become.

Go to it. ??Start with twins??

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
