Episiotomy vs No Episiotomy

Bob: I read your article on the advantages / disadvantages of episiotomy. Your summary shows no difference in episiotomies/1-2 degree laceration in the function of the pelvic floor. We are being told by DMA, through our review agency MassPro, that we must decrease our episiotomy rate, because there is better invervation later on. Comments please. Myer
