>>The question about fees was trying to be sarcastic and followed the >>opinion of someone with experience in this kind of work: >[...] > >Traditionally one markes sarkasm, humor or attempts at such. :-)-O I believe I was guilty <??> of the sarcasm it was not sarcasm directed at the individual asking about the fees for office hysteroscopy but at the government <I also believe they could be anal enough to believe it would be price fixing.> regulatory efforts. anyone in thier right mind..lay people included should recognize the sarcasm..lack of reality in my entire comment. I deliberately made it so blatant the only ones who would have missed it should not, in the future..chew gum and engage in ANY other activity at the same time.. <please recognize it again.> it was not meant to be anything more than a physician intended "medically social" comment on the reality of practicing medicine in the usa. mark like the offense taken to callous and emotion free use of the word abortion by the doctors on this forum. if you don't practice medicine or a similar dicipline you don't get get it because you do not know of from where we speak. -- mark decker md major surgery is done on me obgyn - avid biker minor surgery I do one someone else. midwest usa I need to remember that. <perspective>.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
