You have my full support to proceed with this project. I will be glad to help in any way. Perhaps it may eventually lead to an electronic consesus conference that can be archived on OBGYN.net. We should encourage the contributors to cite references in the literature to back up their practice... After the weekly discussion is complete, you might summarize the responses as an evidence-based protocol....

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
