This seems an unfair way to comment on other lister's messages.

I simply don't think that a forum is the appropriated place for this L&D.

The question about fees was trying to be sarcastic and followed the opinion of someone with experience in this kind of work:

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
