antiphospholipid syndrome

re. problem patient

24 yr old G3P0M3 - 1st pregnancy aborted spontaneous 10 weeks. 2nd pregnancy anembrionic at 6-7 weeks. 3rd pregnancy aborted incomplete at 8 weeks. Tests done: 1. rh +, no antibodies 2. FBC normal, thyroid functions normal 3. Toxoplasma neg., brucella neg., glucose normal. 4. chromosomes husband & wife normal 5. Le cells neg., 6. Anticardiolipin IgG 37 (N1-25) IgM 1 (n1-20).

Suggested future treatment options??? 1. Aspirin low dose 2. Aspirin and Clexane (low Molec heparin) 3. Aspirin and corticosteroids 4. Aspirin and hyprimmune globulin
