While most of these are benign, the possibility exists the fetus could get entwined at any time and amputations of extremities and digits has been reported. I would most certainly get a perinatal consult and sonography directed at the neck, arms legs and digits. Gordon -- Life is a sexually transmitted disease and is inevitably fatal. (Borrowed)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
