The failure rate reported up-there is the one reported by the firm Roussel-Uclaf (RU) and is considered as the official one. We do use all kinds of PG, now mainly we use Cytotec®.

I don't think human cost is lower for a woman who is waiting for several days for her fetus to vanish instead of having a D&C.
