When I was a mdical student on our OB rotation, on guy took longer than anyone else with a.m. rounds. When asked what the problem was, he replied, "I'm trying to check the fundus on every patient, but they keep blinking". If I'm lyin', I'm dyin'. Seriously, though, I'm not sure what fundoscopic examination would add to your diagnostic acumen (other than the armamentatrium of tests that we already have). Harvey Harvey S. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
