attempt external version at 37 weeks - again at 38 if not successful initially - then at onset of labor or at 41 weeks if she is still breech with the following conditions met (fetal weight 2500 - 3500 grams, flexed head, good progress in labor after reaching the active phase, frank or complete breech) - I would offer her a trial of labor (or induction up to 4-5 cm) if a CT pelvimetry (ala Thurneau et al) was adequate.
