Dear Dr. Chang:

Your endlish is great. When I diagnose a term breech in the office setting, regardless of parity, about 95% of the women ask "When is the section?" before we get to discuss version and /or vaginal delivery. When I took my boards *way* back in 1988, the examiner asked me why I had so many primary sections for breeches (ie no vaginal breech deliveries, and only a few versions), I replied as such, and got a chuckle, and a passing grade.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
