If they used all the money spent on BMD on a antional educational ad campaign on the benifits of ERT maybe we wouldn't be having this discussion. I spend a heck of alot of time on education and showing patients risks/benifits of ERT and I have found very few women that after being shown the facts, don't accept ERT. >

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
