Or better yet, to try and help them prevent it.

And, for that matter, we would be happy to manage their cardiovascular risk, their breast cancer risk, their exercise patterns, diet and so on. Even their risk of gynaecological cancers, if they'll let us.

BTW, how do specialists feel about seeing well women for routine smears etc? Is this a thrill or a chore for you? And do you see it as your responsibility to look also at BP, breasts, lipids and so on; or do you assume this is done elsewhere?
