Primary amenorrhea

23y/o pt with primary amenorrhea. Was seen by a medical endocrinologist at age 18 and he placed her on ever increasing doses of estrogen. Pt got very sick and quit after two months or so. No bleeding during or after estrogen therapy. Exam: Ht 5' 7" Wt 137# Breast Tanner stage 2. Pubic hair development Tanner stage 3. Nl vagina, very small cervix. Uterus barely palpable. Ovaries not palpable. Previous ultrasound showed uterus measuring 3x1.5x1.7cm. No ovaries definitely identified. PRL and TSH normal. FSH 89, LH 19. Karyotype pending.

Anything else we should be getting at this point?
