make it a rule to do pelvic exam before any cs and puh up the vertex from below and your problems are over. if it is an emergency, have someone else...anyone else push the head up. i have been able to deliver be cs a head almost on the perineum by doing so. if you have experience in midforceps, give her a block and a large epis and pull the baby out. if impossible, push up the head as above joe stern docjoe2855@aol.com

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
