Thanks for the final correct spelling. I try to be a stickler for such accuracy but occassionally falter. I had the utmost privelage of learning forceps from Dr. D. Cruikshank who always prefaced his teaching with the origins beginning with Chamberlain (sp?). Unfortunatley, I cannot recall the exact details and ramification as associated with the British monarchy. Being fascinated with the history of modern obstetrics, I would appreciative to hear the details from anyone with the knowlege and/or interest.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
