Rick and anybody else who's interested: Dennen's Forceps Deliveries, 3rd edition (there might be a 4th by now) FA Davis Co., Philadelphia, 1989. There's an entire chapter on Kiellands. Unfortunatly there's not a chapter on dealing with the lawyers. Hope this is helpful, Kelly private practice and hardly doing forceps any more -- can't afford to pay the mortgage and the lawyers

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
