beta strep screening

I am interested in what is happening in your practices regarding
screening for beta strep. In my community, the ob-gyns are completing
rectal/vaginal cultures between 35-37 weeks fairly consistently,
according to the June ACOG/CDC guidelines. The Family Practice groups
do not screen "low risk" women routinely.
What is happening in your practices and how do you feel about the
guidelines?
