I think the optimal spot for the OB/Gyn exam room (if there is to be but one) is in L&D - ya' got yer scanner, ya' got yer docs, ya' (I'm sorry, I don't know what's gotten into me this evening) got yer nurses willing to assist in exam room D&C's.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
