i think it is fast food and clones of same...hence, diet. in my community in appalachia there are only fast food restaurants and pork products. tubs of lard in the supermarkets, etc. also on the opposite side, laparoscopic cholecystectomies are the most common procedure done in our o.r.s. we kid andask the surgeons "get it out regardless of age or condition because you know they cannot get to heaven with their gallbladders still inside them. this applies for males and females. joe stern docjoe2855@aol.com

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
