i think it is fast food and clones of same...hence, diet. in my community in appalachia there are only fast food restaurants and pork products. tubs of lard in the supermarkets, etc. also on the opposite side, laparoscopic cholecystectomies are the most common procedure done in our o.r.s. we kid andask the surgeons "get it out regardless of age or condition because you know they cannot get to heaven with their gallbladders still inside them. this applies for males and females.
