Re: Chicken Pox exposure 1st triFrom: Danny Tucker (danny.tucker@dial.pipex.com)Sat Oct 26 05:30:29 1996
Thanks to everyone who has replied regarding the chicken pox exposure problem. The scenario I was presented with was the first one, when VZIg 1g was given. Is the dose the same (5 vials) when the primary intention is VZ penumonia prophylaxis for the mother (after 20w & prior to term)? Cheers, Danny. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Danny Tucker --------------------------------------------------------------------- Nottingham, UK -- --------------------------------------------------------------------- danny.tucker@dial.pipex.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
