Re: Cytotec inductionFrom: mborn (mborn@massmed.org)Tue Oct 22 07:25:50 1996
We have one practioner give 100mcg Cytotec po obsereve the send home they come back in active labor. So far no problems. HAve hade soem case with very frequent contractions after 2-3 doses of 25mcg P.V. No fetal ditress. Cytotec has made inductions easier at a much less cost than the Gels. Myer Myer S. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
