Does no one seem to care that bloody smears may be bloody hard to screen and interpret? It seems to me that a comprise has to be made between including endocervical cells and a smear that can be read satisfactoraly. Otherwise no one is doing the patient any favours. Allen.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
