During my residence years, they always recomended the pap-smear of breast discgarche. I always do it. A good number of times the pathologist doesn't find anything. But in some times he has found papylloma cells. I don't think the papsmear was useless.

Other test to have in mind is a galactography. (i don't know if this is the correct name in English)
