Geff,

You have some options. Anyone can be involuntarily committed in Texas for 48 hrs. If you believe that there is a risk of harm to her neonate (once it is born) you must report it to Child Protective Services for Harris County. If you believe there is a risk to the fetus -- too bad....at 18 weeks, unless judged mentally incompetent and hospitalized by a court beyond the 48 hr period, she walks.

Someday we must swap stories.
