Do you Honestly believe that with an endo-ablation you destroy all the endometrial cells? I really doubt that. I tell my patients that I do not know the risk of endo-ca after an ablation. It is a risk vs. benefit. Time will give us the answer. If you are sure there are no more endometrial cells , why give a progestin? I say be carefull with such a cavelier attitude. Jody Blanco

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
