Calcium block channels and tocolis... When I was resident I took all the articles that I found for all my journal club to try to put this drug in our protocol...non of the articles convinced the Head of the department and the current saying here is against Calcium block channels for tocolisis.

We use it for Pre-eclampsia as first drug for hypertensive crisis sublingual (under the tongue) and for short time. I never saw any case of hypotension.
