Dear listmembers, I have recently noted that I am getting an increasing number of abnormal morphologies back on my semen analyses. We use the Tygerberg Strict Criterea and 4% is considered normal. Our lab has changed to this criteria in the last year or two and this may contribute to the increase. My questions are: 1. Is this on the rise? 2. How do you deal with an isolated poor morphology with an otherwise negative infertility work-up? Thanks in advance,

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
