IndomethacinFrom: Kenneth J. Moise (kmoise@bcm.tmc.edu)Thu Jul 25 22:01:06 1996
So the question is , if the patient begins to contract again after a 48 hour course of indomethacin AND she changes her cervix, what do I do? I would want her off indomethacin for several days before trying another 48 hour treatment. Would use MgSO4 IV. Ken Moise Baylor College of Medicine

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
