Since she is recently menopausal (although she actually hasn't reached the defined 6 months of amenorrhea, regardless of her LH and FSH levels) I would encourage her to cycle for 2-3 years to avoid possible annoying unscheduled bleeding and subsequent investigation of this bleeding.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
