Endometrial AblationFrom: CNMPAT@aol.comWed Jul 10 19:46:00 1996
What are the long range risks/ complications of this procedure ? What management do you do following the procedure, such as cyclic progestins? Have you ever seen this procedure cause early menopause, or hormonal changes for a woman. What about tubals? Do they seem related to hormonal changes for women? Any comments from you folks would be appreciated. Pat Sonnenstuhl, CNM,ARNP,RH South Sound Nurse Midwives Olympia, WA (1-800-633-1877) cnmpat@aol.com HTTP://home.aol.com/CNMPAT July 10, 1996

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
