Hello, I am currently in the 7th week of my second pregnancy, and have been titered (1:256) for anti Fya antibody. I have done a literary search but not been able to find out much about this particular situation. I am wondering specifically whether the reaction against the fetus is related to the level of maternal titer, and what sort of prognosis I'm looking at. I see this antibody listed as having a 'moderate to severe' reaction, but I'd like something more statistical than that. I greatly appreciate any information or suggestions you could provide. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
