legal case. are you a litiganist? this is a list for medical personnel for medical discussion. be kind enough to state your "credentials" and the angle from which you arfe asking this question. your dearth of information as to the reason for your question is most often seen by me <in such "forums"> when the questioner is a litiganist trying to not identify themselves.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
