After delivery, ask the pathologist to look for candida in the placenta, which needs special staining. Not likely, but sometimes seen in patients with cerclage (and IUD in situ) and possibly causative.
> 5. Recommendations for delivery & timing of delivery? My gut feeling is to exchange tocolysis for oxytocin immediately.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
