We use amnioinfusion fairly "routinely" for meconium, for variable deccels associated with low AFI, and stuff like that. I believe the standard regimen is to hook up an IV bag through an Intran II uterine pressure line (the Intran II has a separate channel specifically for infusion) and run in 500 first, then run a 100 or so an hour...
