Subject: Time: 3:15 PM OFFICE MEMO Signing off (temporarily) Date: 6/27/96 Fellow listers, I will be signing off the list for several weeks as I begin a sabbatical leave Yale has owed me since 1992 (!). I am leaving a formal announcement as I want to encourage you all to keep up the good work on the list, and not to think that my absence relates to any problems with the list. My mailbox here can only accommodate 100 messages, and I cannot imagine trying to catch up on weeks of the material from the list anyways. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
