Is that a high enough success rate to overcome the increased morbidity rate with failed VBAC attempt vs. Scheduled repeat C/S ??????????? I don't know, I am asking. There are some reports in the literature of a morbidity rate of 15-20% with a scheduled section and 65-70% with a TOL that turns into a section. What does this information do to total outcome analysis, cost analysis, etc. ??????

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
